This is the only way to guarantee that the full taste, the aromas and the vitamins remain. Our cuisine can hardly be placed within one certain style. Our guests have chosen “light cuisine” for us. This probably is a very simple, but one of the most appropriate descriptions. Mediterranean delicacies meet typical South Tyrolean meals. According to sustainability we only use regional ingredients and products from our farm. Our own vegetable and herb garden provides precious ingredients for sophisticated dishes. We create our menu according to the season and consciously avoid exotic dishes. Claudio, our sous-chef, David and the two Stefans, the young “wild ones”, build the harmonic team. Only together we can sustain the quality of our Leitlhof cuisine and enhance it constantly. The colleagues from the service pass the lived quality from the cuisine on to you, distinguished guests.”
Regional is king
At the Leitlhof we create delicious delicacies with regional products and fresh herbs from our herb garden close to the hotel for you.
The sustainable philosophy at your holiday hotel lets us keep an eye on what ingredients to select. We avoid long delivery channels, genetically manipulated or sprayed fruits and vegetables and get most of our ingredients from regional farmers and companies.
The sheep milk products come from our hotel’s own farm; jams and liqueurs are homemade and even the honey is produced by local beekeepers.
