Marende is the secret favorite meal of the day for most South Tyroleans. This is because – although it’s only considered a snack – it includes the best specialties from our region. Zesty speck from our butcher in Olang is served with crisp dark bread from our regional bakery along with fresh cheese and milk from Val Pusteria. Crunchy vegetables and pickled delicacies complete the Marende experience.
