The personal data processed through the website are as follows:
Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but could, by its nature, through processing and association with third-party data, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, request time, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file received in response, numerical code indicating the server response status (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system and IT environment.

Data may be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the website or third parties. Otherwise, data collected on the website is deleted after a short period.
Special categories of personal data
If you use our website to contact us (or send us an email), there may be transmission of personal data falling under the special categories defined in Art. 9 of the Regulation, namely “[…] personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and […] genetic data, biometric data for the unique identification of a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.”
Please do not disclose such data unless strictly necessary. We expressly inform you that, regarding the transmission of special categories of personal data but in the absence of explicit consent to their processing (you are of course allowed to send a CV), the Controller cannot be held liable, as processing is permitted since it concerns data manifestly made public by the data subject in accordance with Art. 9(1)(e) of the Regulation. However, as mentioned above, it is important to provide explicit consent if you choose to transmit such information.
We also inform you that, for recruitment purposes, the Controller may analyse publicly available professional social profiles on the internet (e.g. LinkedIn).
Voluntarily provided data by the data subject
If you use certain services on the website (e.g. contact, inquiry, or booking forms), we may process personal data of third parties that you send to the data controller. In such cases, you act as the data controller and assume all legal obligations and liability. You therefore fully indemnify us against any claims, demands, or damages arising from the processing of such data in violation of applicable data protection regulations.
If you provide or otherwise process personal data of third parties while using the website, you guarantee that this processing is based on an appropriate legal basis pursuant to Art. 6 of the Regulation.
