BIKTE TOUR: MALGA DI TESIDO

We start the tour on the Val Pusteria cycle path and go to „Monguelfo“. Here starts the first part of the ascent. We go from „Monguelfo to „Tesido“ until we reach the restaurant „Mudler“ (steep). The second part of the ascent is easier and it proceeds through a forest. While we go uphill we have a beautiful view on the Dolomites of Braies. At the „Malga di Tesido“ we stop for a lunch break. Afterwards we go back to San Candido.

HIKE TOUR: HELLTAL SCHLECHTEN

Our mountain hike begins at the Plätzwiese (2,000 m). Initially, we follow a marked trail through a stone pine forest in the heart of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. We leave the marked trail and ascend the mountain on less-trodden paths. On the ridge of the Helltal Schlechten, a breathtaking view awaits us.

BIKTE TOUR: LAKE BRAIES

The lake Braies is part of the UNESCO World Heritage and known as the „Pearl of the Dolomite Lakes“. We start on the Val Pusteria cycle path and go to the small village „Ferrara“ (Val di Braies). We continue on the forest path nr. 1 until we reach San Vito. From San Vito we have to go for 2 km on the main road until we reach the beautiful lake Braies. We leave the bikes at the parking area and start a 40 minute walk around the lake. After the break we go back to San Candido.

HIKE TOUR: FRONDEIGEN - GOLFEN

The hike on the Golfen begins in Frondeigen in the Silvestertal. Following path number 24 in the direction of Golfen, the hike first leads from the Kurterhof up the asphalt road and then turns into a wide forest path. It meanders in a gentle ascent through the forest, behind which picturesque larch meadows stretch. While they transform into a colorful sea of flowers in early summer, the sun-loving larches shine in the most beautiful golden yellow in autumn. With a view of the jagged Dolomites, the narrow path now climbs through picturesque mountain meadows, overgrown with innumerable pasquets and gentians in early summer, to the summit flank of Golfen, over which it finally leads.

HIKE TOUR: RIFUGIO FONDA SAVIO (2367m)

Today's mountain hike takes us into the Cadini group. The starting point is the car park below lake Auronzo. After a few hundred metres, we leave the forest road behind us and head up into the quiet Rinbianco valley to the forcella Rinbianco and on into the Valon del Nevaio to the Fonda Savio hut. The last section is secured with a rope and requires surefootedness and a head for heights. The descent is on the north side back to the starting point.

 BIKE TOUR: LAKE BRAIES

HIKE TOUR: SEIKOFEL

The hike begins in Moos and climbs to the Froneben mountain inn (1,540 m). From there, trail no. 139 leads through the "Obere Oltl" high moor, then continues on a forest road (trail no. 13) through dense spruce forests along the gorge of the Sexten stream. At the Saumahd junction (1,756 m), you turn right and reach a clearing via a forest road. Trail no. 132 then leads to the Seikofel (1,908 m), passing beautiful moorlands with rare plants and animals.
From the Seikofel, you descend along trail no. 131 toward Kreuzberg Pass, passing through a hollow and up to a trail intersection. Here, you take a wide forest road leading to Schwarzsee. Shortly after the lake, the path turns left and descends steeply, past a campsite, and joins the Sexten Circular Trail (no. 0), which leads back to Moos.

HIKE TOUR: SUNRISE WITH HIKE AROUND THE THREE PEAKS (DREI-ZINNEN)

We go with our shuttle to the Auronzo hut. From there we go east to the the Paternsattel where we will experience the sunrise. After the great impressions, we descend on to the plateu of the 3 peaks and hike along the imposing north walls. Past the Langalm Refuge and back to the starting point

HIKE TOUR: PRATO PIAZZA – MONTE SPECIE

Starting from the parking lot, the forest road n. 37 leads to the Vallandro Refuge at 2,040 m. On the north side of the refuge the excursion continues on path no. 34, which leads to the fork of Monte Specie at an altitude of 2,200 m. From the saddle you can now see the cross of Monte Specie at 2,307 m.
Breathtaking is also the view of the Dolomites, the Croda Rossa and the Croda del Becco, the Tre Cime, the Cadini group, Monte Cristallo, the Tofane and the Marmolada.

BIKE TOUR: MONTE ROTA & SAN SILVESTRO VALLEY

We start the tour on the Val Pusteria cycle path and go to „Dobbiaco“. From here we go uphill to Monte Rota. On top of Monte Rota we have the perfect view on „Landro Valley“ and „Lago di Dobbiaco“. Now we go through the San Silvestro Valley until we reach the hut „Malga Steinbergalm“. After the lunch break we go back to San Candido.

HIKE TOUR: LAKE SORAPIS 

We take the shuttle bus from Leitlhof via missurina to Passo tre Croci. From there we start our mountain hike. The trail is quite well laid out, but it requires surefootedness. Some parts are secured with wire ropes. After a 2.5-hour hike we reach the beautiful, turquoise-coloured mountain lake. After a rest, we return the same way.

HIKE TOUR: FROM BRÜCKELE TO THE STOLLA ALM

We take our shuttle into the Braies Valley. The starting point of the hike is Brückele/Ponticello. We walk through the peaceful Stolla Valley, always accompanied by the gentle sound of the Stolla stream.
At the Stolla Alm (1,980 m), there's an opportunity to stop for refreshments.
