Inspired by our heritage

What makes our cuisine at Leitlhof so special? It’s a playful combination of regional recipes, Mediterranean influence, highest professional standards and premium ingredients. Our chef de cuisine Markus Auer and his team find their inspiration and ideas for new dishes in nature: Their creed is to pack as much regionalism into our dishes as possible. This results in finely tuned, carefully prepared meals with a special twist and a note of South Tyrol.


From our own garden

Healthy and fresh cuisine

Our kitchen works with regional ingredients whenever possible. Many products Markus Auer and his team use to create new favorites are from our own hotel garden or our Mühlhof farm. Rhubarb, lettuce and zucchini are freshly harvested. The herbs from our garden give our dishes a special note, and our beef is from our family cattle.
