The landscapes around the hotel are a symbiosis of South Tyrolean alpine and Mediterranean and the chef de cuisine Hermann Patzleiner combines the best of both cultures in his meals. Italian cuisine alternates with South Tyrolean specialties; Carpaccio and spaghetti, bacon dumplings and home-made delicacies.
Delicious compositions are created for the sophisticated palate with regional products and fresh herbs: light, modern and pure dishes.
We prepare the meals according to our guests’ individual wishes: At the Leitlhof Hotel we also offer gluten-free or vegetarian dishes.
At the Leitlhof Hotel the day starts with a balanced and varied breakfast buffet: Enjoy home-made, fresh bread, sheep milk products from our own farm as well as other regional products, mueslis, scrambled eggs and much more.
With the wide range of delicacies at our innovatively created breakfast buffet we also offer various delicious teas. Your day could also start with a German breakfast coffee or the typical Italian coffee.
The traditional South Tyrolean afternoon Marende is included and is offered 3 times a week between 2pm-5pm. The little snack with finest cakes, fresh fruits and the typical South Tyrolean snack board will delight you.

Every evening we, of course, also have vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives on our menu. We offer delicious starters and special cheeses and indulge you with delicious meat specialties as well as warm and cold fish meals at our buffet.
Gala-Dinner and Themed Evenings
Once a week you can enjoy our multi-course gala-dinner. We also host culinary themed evenings regularly at your hotel in South Tyrol. You surely will remember the traditional feast meals as one of your holiday’s highlights.
During the summer you can enjoy your meals on the terrace, where we also regularly host BBQs with views over the Dolomite Alps.
Mediterranean treats are served at the Leitlhof Hotel in South Tyrol: The traditional Aperol-Spritzer as an “aperitivo” or the antipasti buffet, the Italian “primi” and “secondi” and the delicious tiramisu or the profiteroles – you can find all of these Italian delicacies at the Leitlhof Hotel.
